Position: Kitchen Manager Pinecrest
About: Flanigan’s, a restaurant chain known for its casual dining experience, is seeking Kitchen Managers who will be responsible for leading the back-of-house (BOH) team in various kitchen operations such as ordering, receiving, food preparation, service, cleaning, and closing. The role may involve working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location being applied to.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; Must have flexibility for scheduling as Flanigan’s operates 365 days a year; Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; Able to work a 5-day workweek averaging 50-55 hours; 2 days off must be between Monday-Thursday; Vacations scheduled between April and November only; Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; Must understand, comply with, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; Must adhere to Flanigan’s hiring policy and conduct timely interviews; Must issue written evaluations for performance; Must be physically capable and meet mobility requirements for kitchen operations; Must adhere to Flanigan’s kitchen policies for dress and grooming; Must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo.
