Position: Kitchen Manager Pembroke Pines
About: Flanigan’s, a restaurant chain known for its casual dining and bar experience, is seeking dedicated and skilled Kitchen Managers to join their team. The Kitchen Managers play a crucial role in overseeing the back-of-house operations, from ordering and receiving to cleaning and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow. Passion for cooking, teamwork, and effective task delegation are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; must have flexibility for scheduling, as Flanigan’s operates 365 days a year; must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; able to work a 5-day workweek with 50-55 hours per week, with 2 days off between Monday and Thursday; vacations scheduled between April and November only; adept at ordering and formulating pars; understanding and compliance with Florida State health code standards; adherence to Flanigan’s hiring policies; proficient in kitchen operations and equipment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment; proficient in kitchen stations including expo; fluent in English
