Position: Kitchen Manager OEM
About: The Kitchen Manager OEM manages the day-to-day activities in the kitchen to ensure all operations run smoothly at Aimbridge Hospitality, a global leader in third-party hotel management with a portfolio of over 1,550 hotels worldwide. The company represents various international lodging brands, luxury hotels, destination resorts, and lifestyle hotels, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and performance-driven results.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, kitchen operations, or similar, with at least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity; Knowledge of food and beverage service operation preferred; Certified in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid; Familiar with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology; Food Manager Certification (applicable state)
