Position: Kitchen Manager North Miami

About: Flanigan’s is looking for passionate Kitchen Managers who are the Captains of the Kitchen, leading the BOH team through ordering, receiving, prep, service, cleaning, and closing duties. The role may require working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location. Responsibilities include communication with management, meeting attendance, enforcing policies, and maintaining quality control. Qualifications entail current food management certification, ownership mentality, flexibility in scheduling, and adherence to health code standards.

Requirements: Current food management certification; Ownership mentality; Flexibility for scheduling; Willingness to transfer to different locations; Ability to work a 5-day week with 50-55 hours; Understanding and compliance with Florida State health code standards; Proficiency in ordering and formulating pars; Clear communication and leadership skills; Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate kitchen equipment; Proficiency at all kitchen stations including expo; Fluent in English
