Position: Kitchen Manager North Lauderdale
About: Flanigan’s, a restaurant chain known for its casual dining experience, is seeking Kitchen Managers to join their team. The Kitchen Managers may be required to work up to 30 miles from the restaurant location. This role involves leading the back-of-house team in various kitchen operations such as ordering, receiving, prep, service, cleaning, and closing.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; must have flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays; must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; able to work a 5-day workweek with 50-55 hours per week; vacations scheduled between April and November only; must understand and comply with Florida State health code standards; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate kitchen equipment; must adhere to company’s kitchen policies for dress and grooming; must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
