Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management or culinary field essential; knowledge of FDA and USDA food regulations necessary; passion for creating exceptional flavors crucial; strong communication and leadership skills vital; proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling indispensable; previous experience in financial management and P&L accountability preferred
