Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; proficiency in all culinary stations and Lead Cook status; articulate with knowledge of sanitation inspections; ability to delegate and work in a team environment; effective written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with operational systems; capability to handle administrative responsibilities including timekeeping; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; pass a satisfactory background check including criminal history; knowledge of allergy procedures, ServeSafe and CPR-certification, Guest Relations, Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Prevention Training; familiarity with Legal Sea Foods menus, inventory, and ordering systems; understanding of daily financial metrics and goals
