Position: Kitchen Manager Lake Worth

About: Flanigan’s, a restaurant chain known for its casual dining experience, is seeking Kitchen Managers to lead the back-of-house team in various kitchen operations such as ordering, prep, service, and cleaning. The role may require working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location.

Requirements: Must have current food management certification; must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; must have flexibility for scheduling as Flanigan’s is open 365 days per year; must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; able to work a 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours per week; vacations scheduled between April and November only; must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; must understand, comply, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; must issue written evaluations for performance; must have physical capabilities to stand, move about, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, operate kitchen equipment; must adhere to dress and grooming policies; must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
