As part of the restaurant operations management team, this role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, including food quality, production, hospitality, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager.

Requirements: Experience: Strong, stable work history with management experience (Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef) in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant; Experience in kitchen management: 1 year (required); Relevant experience: 3 years (preferred); Skills: Knowledge of production cooking techniques, ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of administrative tasks and cash handling, experience in scheduling and managing labor, able to lift up to 60 pounds, required hours of 50 to 55 weekly, Education: High school or equivalent (preferred); Availability: Must be available for day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and weekends.
