Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma; 1 year minimum of supervisory experience and 2+ years working in a large volume, fast-paced kitchen; good command of verbal and written communication; extensive knowledge of culinary practices, budgeting, cost control, and kitchen safety standards; organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills; excellent Customer Service Skills; ability to take ownership, work in a team, exhibit professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and willingness to learn and problem solve
