About: The Kitchen Manager position at Project HOME involves overseeing the operations of residential kitchens and managing the Culinary Venture pilot. Requirements: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in cooking for large groups; 2 years of kitchen operations management experience with budget management skills; ServSafe Managerial Certification; knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations; balanced menu planning skills
