About: Metropolitan Market, LLC, a renowned grocery store chain, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their team as a Prepared Foods Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in product management, food safety, quality control, merchandising, and overall profitability within the Prepared Foods Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in educating both customers and team members on product selections, meal solutions, and maintaining high standards of production excellence.

Requirements: Minimum two years chef, sous chef, or direct kitchen management experience required; one year supervisory experience in a food service environment preferred. Must have a minimum of three years of customer service experience, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate self-motivation, and possess strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and inventory control. Effective leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a genuine passion for food are a must.
