Position: Kitchen Manager job

About: Under the direction of the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager at this restaurant plans, organizes, trains, and leads to achieve objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary Degree or related degree preferred; 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant; 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role; Knife skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual a plus; State of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe Preferred); Must have reliable transportation
