Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Goodfellas Pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role involves food purchasing, preparation, staff training, maintaining sanitation standards, portion control, cost management, and consistently delivering exceptional dishes in line with the restaurant’s brand.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management or culinary field preferred; strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
