Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Torchy’s, a renowned restaurant chain with a legacy starting in Austin, Texas in 2006, is now operating in multiple states with a mission to serve the best damn tacos. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Torchy’s Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of the House (BOH) operations and maintain a culture of excellence in food service.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants; experience in kitchen management; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required; understanding of training and development concepts; leadership and teamwork skills; excellent communication and time management skills; ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and reach for objects; bilingualism is a plus
