Position: Kitchen Manager job

About: HalfSmoke is seeking a Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions including food preparation, quality standards, sanitation, training of kitchen personnel, and maintenance of cleanliness. The establishment focuses on delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational efficiency in a dynamic culinary environment.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter; unexpired food manager certification and/or health license; at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisor role; clear communication skills with managers, kitchen and dining room staff, and guests; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and work standing for extended periods; understanding of Food Costs, Labor Costs, Wastage Reporting, Inventory Reporting; proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic POS Systems usage.
