Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Leadership skills to lead the back of house effectively; Reliable transportation and punctuality; Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings; Professional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ServeSafe Certification; High school diploma or GED preferred; Strong leadership skills, safety-minded, team player
