Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of food service programs in alignment with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory standards, while leading and mentoring the food service team for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 18 years of age; at least 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in basic business math and computer skills; ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire; ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs; primary work hours between 6am-2pm
