Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: At Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through our Craveably Crafted™ Food & Beer and Uncommon Hospitality. We are seeking high-energy individuals with positive and friendly attitudes to join our team. Our Kitchen Managers play a crucial role in overseeing all Back of House operations to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and growth within the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; BOH Manager experience preferred; understanding of BOH operations and management; ability to work nights and weekends; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail; courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor; coachable with the ability to apply feedback; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
