About: The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine (GCCM) at Tulane University is seeking a Kitchen Manager, Operations to provide organizational and kitchen support for the Center. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Program Director to ensure the mission of the center is upheld, focusing on culinary education in a restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen operations and management essential; strong organizational and communication skills
