Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Market Street Grill and Oyster Bar is a premier seafood restaurant company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with three locations in Downtown, Cottonwood Heights, and South Jordan. We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience required; ability to work effectively in a high-volume kitchen; experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and directing kitchen and service staff; proficiency in maintaining high-quality food standards and menu specifications; strong inventory management and ordering skills; advanced knowledge of food safety practices; demonstrated ability to achieve predetermined results within budget constraints; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; computer proficiency and comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations.
