Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Sonny’s Patio Pub and Refuge and Sidecar is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen operations. The Kitchen Manager will collaborate with the General Manager in supervising menu development, kitchen service standards, quality control, and managing labor and food costs in a busy Nashville restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; college or culinary degree preferred; minimum of three years of experience in a large commercial kitchen operation required; three years of experience as a supervisor in a large commercial kitchen operation preferred; must be at least 18 years old; Food Handlers Card required; CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
