Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Tuscany Suites & Casino, located near the Las Vegas Strip and Convention Center, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations and kitchen areas for the restaurant.
Requirements: Culinary-focused bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive culinary experience; Minimum of 5 years of culinary operation leadership experience in Italian cuisine; Previous experience with food and labor cost controls, menu development & pricing; Proven track record of running successful restaurants and kitchen operations; Computer knowledge in Word and Excel preferred; Valid Nevada Health card and ServSafe Certification required; Strong motivational and developmental skills; Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
