Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role; strong leadership and team management skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; culinary certification or degree (preferred but not required)
