Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Fixins Soul Kitchen is a full-service restaurant chain founded in 2019 by former NBA All Star Kevin Johnson and his wife, Michelle. The restaurant uniquely combines traditional soul food with exceptional service in vibrant dining environments. With locations in Sacramento, Los Angeles, Tulsa, and Detroit, and plans for further expansion, Fixins Soul Kitchen is on a mission to become the largest Black-owned restaurant group in the nation.
Requirements: Several years’ experience as a senior-level kitchen manager or similar position; excellent business math skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; proficiency in computer skills and business tools; strong oral and written communication skills; experience managing large staff in a fast-paced environment
