Position: Kitchen Manager job

About: The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and smooth functioning. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, supervising staff, managing food preparation, and maintaining inventory. Collaboration with the manager to adjust menu items and ensure cleanliness and organization is also vital for this role.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree in a hospitality-related field or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license required; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years of previous restaurant management experience preferred; superior people management, communication, and listening skills required; self-motivated and detail-oriented; passion for teaching and the brand; ability to grasp new concepts quickly; effective communication with team members, guests, and vendors required; time management and organizational skills demonstrated; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, and safety regulations preferred; ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
