Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Bowlero, an entertainment center offering bowling, arcade games, parties, and food, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee their Food & Beverage program, maintain high standards, and efficiently manage kitchen operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred; 3+ years of Kitchen Management Experience; experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required; experience preparing banquet style events; current ServSafe certification required; ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
