Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to join their high-volume, fast-paced restaurant team. The Kitchen Crew at Stars and Strikes creates a variety of delicious dishes from the full restaurant and catering menus, ensuring unforgettable guest dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large Kitchen Crew, understanding back-of-house operations, and efficiently handling food and labor costs while upholding food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of restaurant experience; Management and/or hospitality experience a plus; Experience in managing COGS and labor; ServSafe certified or able to complete certification; Must be able to work weekends and holidays
