Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Bakers Square Restaurants is seeking a diligent and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of the kitchen department, ensuring smooth running and compliance with safety regulations in the restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree in a hospitality-related field or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license required; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years of previous restaurant management experience preferred; superior people management, communication, and listening skills required; self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a passion for teaching others; ability to grasp and incorporate new ideas into daily work activities; effective communication with team members, guests, and vendors required; demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, and computer operations preferred.
