Position: Kitchen Manager job

About: A Kitchen Manager position in the Production Department in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Plant Manager, overseeing production leads and support employees, managing production flow, and ensuring quotas and goals are achieved. The role entails supervising both kitchen production and packaging operations, participating in hiring, training, and development of production staff, and collaborating with the Plant Manager/DOO for successful operations.

Requirements: At least 3 years of directly related experience in production or manufacturing, preferably food or beverage; strong attention to detail; 1 year of supervisory or lead experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; possession of state-required permits, licenses, certifications; ability to communicate effectively in English; 21 years of age or older; basic mathematical skills; willingness to receive authorized COVID-19 vaccination
