Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting; Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards; Strong leadership and managerial skills; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances; Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
