Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The Café Manager position is available at a designated location, responsible for overseeing daily operations. This is a full-time role, typically Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
Requirements: Strong work ethic and team player; Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management; Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check and fingerprint analysis; Experience with POS and online reporting systems preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain; Preferred food service experience; Basic math and computer skills; Reliable transportation; Customer-focused; Previous supervisory experience preferred; Experience with inventory management and food ordering preferred.
