About: The Food Service Kitchen Manager is responsible for guest relations, maintaining food standards, ordering, inventory, and team development. They ensure a positive atmosphere and morale, execute financial goals, and maintain department assets. This role involves coordinating books, inventory, and ensuring Food Safety Procedures are followed.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience or prior Deli/Food Service Management required; Ability to self-motivate, problem-solve, work with minimal supervision; Technical skills in basic math and computer tasks; Certified Food Safety Manager; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work at a fast-paced and efficient manner; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods; Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
