About: Burger Lounge, a company dedicated to serving food that honors the body and planet, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Kitchen Manager will oversee staffing, food quality, safety, sanitation, and operational execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Leadership Skills: rallying the team during busy shifts, conflict resolution, and effective task completion; Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record; Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings; Professional communication and interpersonal skills; ServeSafe Certification in good standing with current Food Handlers Cards
