Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Burger Lounge, a fast-paced kitchen environment committed to serving food that honors the body and the planet, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring staffing, food quality, safety, sanitation, and execution standards are met. The role includes working varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years’ recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Leadership skills to rally the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure tasks completion; Reliable transportation, punctuality, and flexible schedule availability; Professional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ServeSafe Certification and current Food Handler’s Cards.
