Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Kitchen Manager role in a high-end casual dining setting; supervisory, leadership, management, and team development experience preferred; stable career progression; ability to implement effective processes, purchasing expertise, attention to detail, integrity, track record of sales growth, employee development, and cost controls; excellent communication skills with kitchen staff, dining personnel, and guests
