Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Market Broiler is a well-established restaurant brand that originated in Riverside, CA in 1989. With a flagship restaurant renowned for its seafood offerings, Market Broiler has expanded to six additional locations across California, each offering a unique dining experience.
Requirements: Degree from a postsecondary culinary arts training program is desirable; At least five years of experience as Sous Chef, with expertise in food preparation, recipe development, plate presentation, and menu implementation; Hands-on experience in the culinary field; Knowledge of kitchen equipment, work flow, costing techniques, food ingredients, and specifications; Leadership skills and training ability; Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand continuously for up to 16 hours per day; Availability to work 55 to 65 hours per week on average
