Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The café manager is responsible for ensuring and maintaining regular daily operations of the designated café location. This full-time position involves 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, overseeing various essential duties and responsibilities such as staffing, supply management, food quality, facility maintenance, marketing strategies, sanitation standards, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong work ethic and team player; ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management; organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; pass an extensive criminal background check and fingerprint analysis; experience with POS and online reporting systems preferred; ServSafe certification required; food service experience preferred; basic math and computer skills; reliable transportation required; customer-focused; enjoys working with people and being around children; previous supervisory experience preferred; experience with inventory management and food ordering strongly preferred
