Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays, located in White Marsh, MD, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and optimize all kitchen operations. The role involves ensuring high food quality, speed of service, and staff management to enhance the overall dining experience for guests at the restaurant.
Requirements: College coursework with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; prior experience in purchasing and production; previous kitchen experience preferred; must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to read and write English; must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
