Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: TGI Fridays is seeking a Kitchen Manager to effectively supervise and manage all kitchen operations, optimizing profits by controlling food costs, production, labor, and increasing sales through food quality and speed of service. This role is based at the North Orange, CA property.
Requirements: College coursework with Bachelors Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred; prior experience in purchasing and production; previous kitchen experience preferred; must be able to walk and stand during entire shift; frequent bending and stooping required; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; must be able to read and write English; must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
