Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Food Service Leader to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory specifications. This individual will lead and train the food service team, manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting food and beverage performance goals while providing a safe and exceptional customer experience in a sanitary environment at Royal Farms.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; strong leadership skills; 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to become certified within 6 months; able to lift and carry 50 lbs; proficient in basic business math, accounting, and computer skills
