Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL is responsible for implementing food service programs in alignment with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory specifications, as well as leading and training the food service team to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food service management preferred; strong leadership, coaching, and training skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management; ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
