About: This kitchen-focused role is responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, maintaining quality standards, sanitation, cleanliness, and training employees in various cooking methods in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent food quality, uphold restaurant standards, and manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 21 years of age; a minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter; at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity; clear communication skills with team members and guests; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
