Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Legendary Dreamland BBQ, a renowned restaurant established in 1958 by John “Big Daddy” Bishop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is now seeking a Back of the House Kitchen Manager to join their dynamic team. Specializing in hickory-fired ribs and open pit cooking, Dreamland BBQ is known for its high food quality and presentation that has delighted guests over the years.
Requirements: Education: Must have a minimum of a high school diploma. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience. General management experience is a plus.
