Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all food service programs in alignment with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory food service standards. They are tasked with training, coaching, and leading the food service team, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. The FSL must strive to meet or exceed food and beverage performance goals while prioritizing a safe, clean, and customer-friendly food service environment to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; strong leadership skills; 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; basic business math and accounting skills; computer proficiency; ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs; availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
