About: The Blue Plate Cafe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and oversee the kitchen operations in our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing food preparation, supervising the kitchen staff, controlling inventory costs, ensuring food quality and safety standards, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with the front of house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and overall efficiency to guarantee a seamless dining service for our patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role; strong leadership abilities and team management skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures; excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
