Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred; valid driver’s license required; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred; superior people management, communication, and listening skills required; self-motivated and detail-oriented; passion for teaching and brand promotion; ability to grasp new concepts quickly; effective communication with team members, guests, and vendors required; demonstrated time management and organizational skills; flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays; working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, and safety procedures preferred; ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
