Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms, a leading convenience store chain, is seeking a Kitchen Manager (Food Service Leader) to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The role involves ensuring compliance with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory food service specifications, as well as training and leading the food service team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; demonstrated leadership skills; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; supervisory and organizational skills; 1 year food service/restaurant management experience; high school diploma or GED; basic business math and accounting skills; computer skills; analytical and decision-making skills; availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe Certified or ability to become certified within 6 months; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
