Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Royal Farms is seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Manager, also known as the Food Service Leader (FSL), to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FSL will be responsible for implementing food service programs in alignment with Royal Farms guidelines and regulatory standards, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the food service team for a safe and appealing dining experience for customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food service management; strong leadership, coaching, and training abilities; proficiency in inventory management and ordering; adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards
