Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Embassy Suites Georgetown is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their Food & Beverage team. The Culinary Leader will be responsible for planning, prepping, and providing quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Candidates should have availability for both AM and PM shifts with weekend flexibility.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience as a line cook; prior supervisory experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers; high school graduate or equivalent, certification of culinary training preferred; safe food handling certificate; ability to read and interpret documents, such as BEOs, safety rules, procedure manuals.
